Strength & Conditioning
Basic is not the right word. Strength and Conditioning is a Foundational component to any fitness regimen. All major muscles are hit up in this training format.
Stage 1- Consists of broadening total body stability to better fascillitate proper form and posture.
Stage 2- This is when the rubber truly meets the road. You will be able to lift better, and lift more!
Stage 3- This is when we begin to maximize your true potential. By the time we have hit this stage we begin to throw "wrenches" in the adaptation curve and blow through any plateau!
