Inspired by Mixed Martial Arts, Impact training invites you to put down the weights and get on the mat.
If you want to gain some confidence, drill a specific technique, or just hit something, impact training is right up your alley! This style of exercise helps to build a better proprioceptive response (knowing where you are in relation to a fist), Strength, Power, Agility, Speed, and Creativity are all a part of impact training - the best of all worlds! There is no experience necessary to start this style of exercise and is usually implemented in coordination with a strength and conditioning program.
