
Optimizing Program Design
Are you having trouble achieving the results you want out of your workouts? Do you feel like you are killing yourself and just not seeing any change at all? Let me assess exactly what you are doing and help you to make your workout more efficient. There are many variables to overall health and fitness and it is important to address as many as necessary to optimize your outcomes. Consultations last 90 minutes and involve a complete assessment (gait, goals, nutrition, strength, endurance, proprioception, etc.) and will follow with a summary of the assessment and my overall reccomendations to ensure you are using every tool available to get you where you want to be.
